Mr. Doğan, born on May 23 1955 in Istanbul. He graduated from Ereğli Kdz high School in 1972. After that, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University Mechanical Engineering Faculty in 1976. He completed his master’s degree in Heat Process Technique at the same university between 1976-1978. He did his military service as an engineer in NATO ENF. He began his professional career in the Tüpraş 2nd Phase Expansion investment. Between 1982-1990, he worked on Pirelli tires and held positions of Production and Technical Affairs Manager. He worked as the manager responsible for investments in BRİSA (Bridgestone Sabancı) between 1990-1999 and as manager responsible for maintenance and investment in the following years. He held various positions at ERDEM HOLDING between 1999-2004. AGDAŞ (Adapazarı Gaz) conducted the first investment program and commissioning works. He started as the Technical Assistant General Manager at ERCİYAS ÇELİK BORU in 2004 and became General Manager in 2005. Since 2017, he has worked at ERCİYAS HOLDİNG in various positions, including Board Membership.
He attended various trainings in Italy and Japan and speaks English and Italian.
